What's your cancellation policy?
72 hours notice or you will be charged the entire service.
Why is there a password on some products?
There is a password for ordering specific products that contain active ingredients like salicylic acid, which you must be an active client in order to access.
Can I purchase products from you at my appointment?
Yes absolutely, I encourage you to take my recommendations & go all in. When you commit to your at home regimen that is recommended at your appointment you fast track your results.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please do this within 72 hours. This gives us time to fill your spot.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No, I am by appointment only.
What should I expect from our first appointment?
We will talk all things skin, what your goals are, an in-depth skin analysis and a customized treatment plan.
